How Can I Go From Couch Potato To Running 2 Miles In 6 Days?
I ran long distance track last year, so my muscles can go from couch potato to 1 mile without a problem. But I want to be able to run 2 miles by Sunday. How should I step my workout up, by quarter miles each day or just go up to 2 miles on like Wednesday? This is assuming I'm starting out being able to run 1 mile.
