I am friends on facebook with a work colleague, but we have never really had a conversation.
I have felt that I have been getting mixed signals from him in work, as I’ve noticed him staring at me, winking and he gave me a compliment. When I decided to ask him what my hunch was he then backed off. But I find that if I ignore him back, I notice him looking at me.

Last Monday he just dissed me and could not even look at me and his mannerisum seemed quite kurt towards me compared to recently. I decided to send a message Monday night via facebook, but I haven’t heard anything back. All I put was “Hi How are you?”.

ALSO on facebook, there is no info or sign if he single or not or what is set up is. And over the past several years there has been no sexual/flirtatious surverys or comments being posted on his wall, BUT recently there has been some sexual/Flirtatious surveys that has been posted on his wall by 3 separate women.

He has a slight hint that I maybe interested. I am not sure if he his interested? All this is making me feel confused.

You need to talk to him, but it sounds like he thinks you are cute!
