A friend of mine is worried because she isn't flexible enough for sex. She was born with hips dislocated and surgery left her unable to spread her legs wide enough. She is waiting for marriage but she is still worried about having sex. Any advice on what she can do?

Not to worry.. You don't need to "spread you legs" to have sex. Can she walk? Can she bend over and pick things up? She will be fine. Perhaps she will have some issues at child birth but the sex part will be fine. She makes sure that her man is kind and understands the impairment that she has.
