She's very serious about becoming one. She's stunningly beautiful, as many have said. She's done a couple of photo shoots, and she has a casting call with a modeling agency on Thursday...but if she doesn't get it...how should we start? Any suggestions?

Plus, I know 15 is too young for VS, so how should she start before she applies when she's 18? I'm thinking of getting her an Agent depending the cost.
