Q I am not a woman eat junk food or soda porkerias one another at once q me as a tight week, a bagel or pastry ... but generally not as much junk but like many banana cereal fruit ... many strawberries all kinds of berries, kiwi, apple, pineapple eating I spend all day ... and do exercises 4 to 3 times a week wing. also my weight but what i want to know is if TRUE Q OQ EATING FRUIT OR FRUIT gain weight gain weight IF THESE ???!!!! THANKS!!
