what happens is that I have avast antivirus
but I wonder if the antivirus or antispyware is a program I can install and help the avast to delete everything you know lomalo

Mejor cámbiate a GNU/LINUX, el sistema mas potente del mundo INMUNE A VIRUS, además GN/Linux es libre y se consigue gratis y luce muuuuuuuuuuuy bien.
Los antivirus y antinada en windows lo único que hacen es volver mas lenta tu computadora además de no servir para nada.
Con GNU/Linux no tienes que andar mendigando versiones de prueba o escondiendote de la supuesta justicia por usar versiones piratas o pagar muuuuuuuucho dinero por versiones originales, pues GNU/Linux es libre y lo puedes COPIAR, VENDER, REGALAR, MEJORAR, ESTUDIAR, ADAPTAR, con total libertad!!, checa este video:
