Good! recently connect my sony ericsson to make a software upgrade to the sony ericsson pc companion lights all went well and everything but all menus lso names, profiles, settings etc. appear in a rare instance where the word should go inbox this (R4, 4564) and to it with all the names otrs appreciate your help.
