I was wondering, If you pray to god each night and love him so much and read the bible but not go to church will there be a less likely chance you will get cancer or other deadly diseases? What if you already have a disease or something? What would you need to do to make him make it go away? Thanks, God bless

In my view, God makes everything happen for a reason, including diseases. Many times, after a terrible event happens in someone's life, that person becomes stronger and wiser for it.

Also, my mom always says that God doesn't give you anything you can't handle.

So no, praying doesn't mean that you're going to have a perfect life free of disease, but it can help you get through tough times. And, in my experience, God always does little favors for those who love him, even if you don't go to Church every Sunday.
