Hello, I had already made a similar question but now the problem changes.
I try to give you information about my case much detail as possible:
Basically I've inherited an apartment from my grandmother's half me and half my cousin, I have no 'other house I own but I live with my wife in her. My cousin has a house he owned more than one half inherited from her grandmother. His father (aka my uncle) is resident in and is on loan 'used by' s apartment that we inherited. I was told that my cousin is exempt from paying the 'ICI as a second home in having his father on loan' use, and I will do I pay it because it is not a relative (direct line) and the 'only way to get the 'exemption is to take them I put in the residence or my father or my brother, even if no other owner is not home I'd pay the' ici as a second home. Somebody who can answer that question these things? Thank you in advance.
