I have it as 1 1 / 2 -2 months working out the truth do not remember very well when I started. I do push-ups, different types at least about 50 a day to do 270 repetitions arm on each arm with a weight of 8 pounds, and another 270 in each arm with 10 lbs.
making 3 consecutive days and resting 1. eh not so far looked at changes, only an arms I put a bit tough. but not marked, eh gained a little strength

I wanted it if they can pass a routine check at about 2 months, chest, arms and lower Pansit xD
