I have Roxio Creator DE and windows 7 has this thing called Windows DVD maker. Is one better than the other? Is there something else better than both? In what ways?

I think the best DVD creator is convertXtoDVDs, it is able to burn any video and movie in all media type to DVD-5 and DVD-9, make the DVD playable on DVD player.
