He's so nice, but there are some red flags that keep nagging at me tonight they won't let me sleep. He says things that sound sincere and legit but he's made a few comments and actions that make me question those things. Multiple times he has said that he loves it when everyone sees me with him. I used to think this was so shallow but even though he is not what hollywood and most people would deem "really attractive", i have grown to feel the same. I love it when everyone sees me with him because I want them to know that this is the guy that makes me feel amazing. This is the reason for all the bubbly smiles all day. Do you think he feels this way too or do you think he only wants to be seen with me as if i'm an object or prize or token to be won.

Another thing is how important 11:11 is to me. or just simple things. Other guys and people send me 11:11 texts every single night, consistently. It's something that kind of comforts me because it's a concept my mom would tell me all the time before she passed away. He doesn't know WHY 11:11 is so dear to me. should i tell him? if i told him, would he try to make an effort to send 11:11 texts or when he's with me tell me to make a wish? He knows how happy it makes me when he does which is few and far between. Does he just not care?

I feel like i'm making this too long but it's just simple things that make me feel like he doesn't care about my day or how i feel. God, does he really care about me? I love him but i can't love him if he's just pretending to love me. i'd rather face the music now than later.

I'd say you should...maybe take sometime to yourself and really evaluate the little things he does. Instead of focusing on the little things he DOESN'T do, focus on the little things he DOES do for you. Girls these days; they set these high expectations for guys that us guys can't really live up to because...well, we're not perfect. The sooner you realize guys aren't perfect and neither are you, the better things will seem. I would suggest bringing up why the whole 11:11 thing is important to you, just as long as that idea is in there, y'know?
