There is this hot guy who is friends with my friend. He lives in another town, I saw his pic and was completely smitten. I took his bbm pin (blackberry messenger pin) from my friend and added him. He accepted and texted 'do i know u' my friend said that was good, since girls add him everyday and he usually doesn't text them. I replied 'no i got ur pin from ur twitter' but that's a lie, my friend didn't want me to tell him i got it from her. He said 'i didn't share my pin on twitter' and i replied 'you did a long time ago, i only just got around to getting my bbm set up' and that's true, he DID share it a long time ago, my friend told me. He replied 'i see'. I asked my friend if I should text him, but she said I shouldn't, he was too cocky, I needed to play hard to get, she was pretty sure he would text me in a few days anyway etc. The thing is, she used to flirt with him then she started dating his friend, and now they aren't really talking, but she used to know him very well. So, what do I do ? Do I trust her and wait for him to contact me or do I just text him ? Thanks in advance :)

That's sort-of creepy. No offense but if some in my situation if a male bbm'd me that I didn't know and thought I was cute but I'd never met them I'd likely be a tad bit creeped out. I wouldn't text him again and I wouldn't expect a text message back either. Sorry :(
