apparently I said that is not the driver and then asks me for a cd that I have and therefore I can not hear music or anything, any program that I recommend to reinstall?

Descarga el 3dp chip buscalo en google, es un programa muy ligero y te mostrara aparte de tu tarjeta de sonido la de red y la de video, solo da click en el nombre que te muestra de tu tarjeta de sonido y te mandara a la pagina de descarga seleccionas para que sistema operativo lo quieres y lo descargas e instalas es lo mas viable y facil que te puedo recomendar.
