Hi, I downloaded real player on another laptop besides me own but when I go to convert a video to mp3, it won't let me. On my laptop, I have it downloaded for a long time, but the new one doesn't have a separate converter. I have SP on the other one and the New Real Player on this one (the one that won't work).
This time to convert, I right clicked and pressed Convert Media Format, but then a little box says that the page was not found. I tried reinstalling but it won't work.
Any suggestions?
