DO NOT EVALUATE!

It gives me integral from 0 to 1 integral from y to 1 x dxdy.

I know that x dxdy will become rcos(theta)r dr dtheta, but I cannot for the life of my figure out how to change the integral limits to polar. My professor constantly gives negative of how we are supposed to already know this, but his teaching of it was basically nothing.

Please explain how!

Thanks!
