As far as i know, you cant boost for the quest and there are surprisingly few quest requirements you can boost for. Also you are only 4 levels away from the minimum requirement and that wont take long to get at all, i would advise training at your agility at the Barbarian Outpost Agility Course as it is fast experience at your level. You will need to have completed the bar crawl mini-quest to be able to train there but its not hard at all.
