I am taking antibiotics (Tetralysal 150mg) and forgot to take it to lunch, I would not go a day without taking it, but I worry that it is too late as they are very strong pills can instead cause stomach pain or discomfort, what recommend?

Estoy tomando antibióticos (tetralysal 150mg) y olvidé tomarlo a la hora del almuerzo, no quisiera pasar un día sin tomarlo, pero me preocupa que es ya muy tarde y como son pastillas muy fuertes pueda mas bien causarme dolor o incomodidad estomacal, qúé es lo más recomendable?

Si, es posible aun, con un vaso de avena para evitar la posibilidad de irritacion gastrica.
