mid-range android phones do not come with secondary video camera,,,,especially because of the fact that stock android does not have any system app for 3g videocalling....
the cheapest android phone with secondary camera is the samsung galaxy sl priced at 19100rs
so if u really want a secondary camera, the best option would be the nokia c6-01,,which has 3.2 inch AMOLED display with resolution 640x360,8 mp camera,680mhz arm11 processor,3g, wifi,etc....it costs around 13500rs in the market....
but if u can do without secondary camera,,,,the htc wildfire s at 13700rs would be the best option
a more economical option would be the lg optimus one at 10300rs
