So here is my situation. I am 17 years old. Still living with my mom and she doesn't seem to want to help me further my education. She pulled me out of school last year and if I would have stayed in school I would be a senior in highschool. So now I need to get some type of education, right? GED has been an option but she won't help me get it. I want to go to college but it seems like I will never get to were I want to be in life. Another thing is, she won't take me to get my license. So I can't get out the house to work. Can someone please help me in my situation! Advice! Something!! Thank you

You have to accept the fact your mother is not going to help you (for whatever reason). You have to take control of your situation as best as you can, and forget about blaming her for your troubles (even if she deserves it).

Can you get your GED online? Are there jobs within walking distance? Can you take a bus? You need some income. When you turn 18 you can move out and begin life apart from her. Get a plan and act on it. Focus it toward your ability to move out and be on your own, self-supporting. You can always get your GED and go on to college. You have to stay focused and work towards your goals.

You can do it. Trust me....
