and for the past 2 to 3 years - whenever you've visited his family run bakery, he's allowed you 'indulge to your hearts content' with all the savoury pies, cakes in the back.

He's merely showing his kindness to you and showing you how much he values his friendship. You are the only person who has this luxury and enttitlement.

its gotten to the point where you can walk into his bakery - ignoring him, his family members - heck, you dont even have to look their way or acknowledge a 'good morning or 'hey ! ' ...and walk straight into their mini warehouse place where you can help yourself lol

is this friend being irresonsible towards his family business or to your physical health ?

he doesn't seem to notice you've piled on the lbs down the years.
