Eso suele ocurrir por fallo en controladores (son incompatibles), porque el software no es compatible, por errores en memoria RAM o de plano tarjeta madre defectuosa.
Puedes revisar los errores en la RAM con este software gratuito:

Descomprimes el contenido y grabas el archivo ISO en un cd y arrancas la pc con el.
